Message There are often circumstances that can make assigning blame difficult. Of course, the best testament is how the vendor reacts to these allegations/problems. Common sense says the that individuals attempt to resolve the problem with the vendor first.

We need a product/vendor review section here. At least you would know what to expect in such an area. Make people provide an invoice number so each complaint/comment is legit and verified. Let others put in their .02 cents, and let users take it all with a grain of salt.

I don't like seeing someone post that a particular vendor helped them out only to have 4,000 LOL/ROFL/etc posts by the members that hate that particular vendor (warranted or not).
